4. How long we keep it
Data from an enquiry that does not lead to a business relationship is kept for 12 months from the last communication. Data from the contact form is stored in our email and in a contact log hosted on the Webempresa server, which is automatically purged when that period expires. Customer data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legal periods: 6 years for commercial records and 4 years for tax records. If you withdraw your consent, we stop using the data for that purpose.
5. Who we share it with
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law (for example, to the Agencia Tributaria). Our web hosting and email provider (Webempresa), courier (Nacex) and tax advisers (Vicent Consultors & Associats) may access it, solely to provide us with a service and under a data processing agreement. All of them are located in Spain and we do not carry out international data transfers.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@mimarvet.com and stating the right you are exercising. We may ask you to prove your identity. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
7. Minimum age
The website is not aimed at children under 14, who must not provide us with personal data.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page.
